The Street
This is a saddle-stitched book that uses photographs to illustrate the essay The Street by Georges Perec. The text focuses on the way in which one observes their environment and the ways in which they interact and become a part of it. Perec was interested in cataloging the places he went and the things that happened there. The photographs were taken within a two-block radius of North and Kedzie in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood.
